Abstract: A technique for identifying objects based on algorithms for analyzing and processing their spectra and multispectral images obtained from a UAV is proposed. KONSTANTIN VYTOVTOV received a Ph.D. degree in radiophysics from The Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics NAS of Ukraine in 2003. He received the Grand Dr. of Engineering degree in Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, in 2020. His research interests include optical communication systems, mathematical modeling of telecommunication devices and networks.From 2003 to 2014, he was an Associate Professor in Oles Honchar Dnepropetrovsk National University, Ukraine. In 2012 he worked in Paris-Sud University as a visiting professor. From 2016 he was Associate Professor in Astrakhan State Technical University. In 2017 and 2019 he lectured in the Francis Skorina Gomel State University as a visiting professor. In 2019 he became Full Professor of Astrakhan State Technical University. In 2020 he took the post of Physics Department head of Astrakhan State Technical University. Now he is a leading researcher of the V.A.Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of RAS.Prof. Vytovtov is the author of more than 150 scientific works. He also is the author of so-called penetration effect and layer rearrangement effect in microwave theory. He serves as a reviewer and the guest editor for several international journals and conferences.
